Filing a claim does not guarantee you will receive a payment. All claims are subject to review and validation by the Settlement Administrator. The amount of any individual payment may be reduced on a pro rata basis depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.

Governing Law
This settlement and all related proceedings are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of New Mexico. The U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico retains exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to the settlement, including disputes regarding claims administration.
