Disclosure to Third Parties

Class Counsel and Defendant's Counsel, to the extent required by the Settlement Agreement or Court order
Payment processors, solely to distribute settlement checks or electronic payments

The Court, in connection with settlement administration filings

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to administer the settlement, including the period during which claims may be appealed or challenged. Following the conclusion of settlement administration, records will be retained for the period required by applicable law and Court order, then securely destroyed.
