  • Any supporting documentation you upload


We also collect certain non-personal technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, solely for website security and functionality purposes.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Processing and validating your claim

  • Communicating with you about the status of your claim

  • Mailing or electronically transmitting settlement payments to eligible class members

  • Complying with Court orders and the terms of the Settlement Agreement

  • Detecting and preventing fraud

  • Fulfilling our obligations to Class Counsel and the Court


We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to this settlement.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share your information with:

  • Class Counsel and Defendant's Counsel, to the extent required by the Settlement Agreement or Court order

  • Payment processors, solely to distribute settlement checks or electronic payments

  • Government agencies, if required by law or legal process

  • The Court, in connection with settlement administration filings


Any third parties who receive your information are contractually prohibited from using it for any purpose other than settlement administration.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to administer the settlement, including the period during which claims may be appealed or challenged. Following the conclusion of settlement administration, records will be retained for the period required by applicable law and Court order, then securely destroyed.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission and access controls for stored data, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
